This protein smoothie recipe is naturally sweet and delightfully fruity with 18 grams of protein. Kiwi has more potassium than a banana and twice the vitamin C of an orange.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup
    AllWhites® egg whites
  • 1/2 cup
    fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2
    kiwi peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 1
    pear (medium sized) peeled, chopped
  • 1/4 cup
    orange juice
  • 1 container (6 oz.)
    nonfat strawberry yogurt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.

  • *This recipe can easily be doubled.
