1/2 cup (4 oz.) AllWhites® egg whites

1/2 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries*

1/4 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened blueberries*

1/4 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries*

Combine all ingredients in blender**. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately***.

* Simplify this recipe by using 1 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries in place of the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.
** If you like a sweeter recipe add 1 tablespoon sugar to smoothie.
