Try a healthier twist on breakfast pizza with this recipe. Savory veggies, Canadian bacon, cheese and eggs top a thin, crispy whole wheat crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp.
    olive oil
  • 1/2 cup
    chopped green bell peppers
  • 1/3 cup
    chopped onion
  • 3 oz
    coarsely chopped Canadian bacon
  • 2 cups (16 oz.)
    Better'n Eggs®
  • 4
    light 100% stone ground whole wheat wraps*
  • 1 cup
    shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Spray large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Heat oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet. Add green peppers and onion; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are lightly browned. Add bacon. Continue cooking until vegetables are crisp tender.

  • Reduce heat to medium low. Add Better'n Eggs. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until Better'n Eggs are set but still moist. Place two wraps on large cookie sheet. Spoon egg mixture equally over each wrap. Sprinkle with cheese.

  • Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining two wraps.

  • * Rectangular shaped whole wheat wraps can be found in the deli section of your grocery store.
