1 cupAllWhites® egg whites

1 cuplow-fat cottage cheese

2 Tbsp.agave syrup or maple syrup

3/4 cupwhole-wheat flour

1/2 cupold-fashioned rolled oats

1/4 cupyellow cornmeal

3 Tbsp.ground golden flax seeds or flax meal

1 tsp.vanilla extract

Instructions

Place AllWhites egg whites, cottage cheese and agave syrup in blender; process until smooth. Pour into large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth.

Heat a griddle or large skillet to medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Drop batter in large spoonfuls onto griddle; cook until bubbles form and edges are dry. Turn; cook until browned.

Serve with Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, and pure maple syrup, or spread with almond butter and drizzle with cinnamon honey.
