A comfort food favorite! This tasty turkey meatloaf recipe has the classic ingredients and brown sugar glaze but ground turkey makes it a healthier choice.

  • 4
    Wasa® whole wheat crispbreads
  • 1 pkg. (20 oz.)
    lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup
    celery, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup
    ketchup
  • 1/4 cup (2 oz.)
    Better'n Eggs®
  • 1 Tbsp.
    parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp.
    ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp.
    salt
  • Glaze Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp.
    ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp.
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp.
    ground mustard

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Place crispbread in resealable plastic bag. Using rolling pin, crush crackers into fine crumbs. In large bowl combine all meatloaf ingredients; mix well, using hands if necessary. Form into 6 (4x2 inch) loaves. Place on aluminum foil lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

  • In small bowl combine all glaze ingredients; mix well. Spread glaze over top of each loaf. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until no longer pink.
