Chive and onion cream cheese add delicious, subtle flavor to this crab and scrambled egg breakfast. Easy 15-minute prep!

Ingredients

  • Sauce Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp.
    milk
  • 1 tsp.
    Dijon mustard
  • dash
    cayenne pepper sauce, optional
  • Eggs Ingredients:
  • 1 Tbsp.
    butter or margarine
  • 2 cup (16 oz.)
    Better'n Eggs®
  • 1 cup
    imitation crab meat, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp.
    chive and onion soft cream cheese

Instructions

  • In small bowl combine sour cream, milk, Dijon mustard and pepper sauce; mix well.

  • In 10-inch nonstick skillet melt butter. Add Better'n Eggs; cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until Better'n Eggs are set but still moist. Top with crab meat and cream cheese. Mix gently. Cook until cheese is melted.

  • To serve, spoon sauce over each serving of eggs.
